The box/drive unit is mounted on a low profile 1993 Volvo FE42 chassis w/185hp inter-cooled Cat 3116 turbo diesel and rebuilt Spicer 5spd w/new 2 piece clutch by Powertrain of Cincinnati. It has air brakes, a new Chelsea air shift PTO/wet kit, and 6 new Goodyear 265/75 lo-pro 22.5 radials. Truck is 31,020 GVW (parabolic front spring and air assist rear suspension) and has 258,500 fleet maintained miles. Unit was custom built to fit under 12' doors and haul loose bulk products such as distillerâs grain, mulch, sawdust, and hay. This is a very maneuverable outfit and is ideal for delivering large bulk loads with a tight turning 196" wheelbase. Built new in 2006, it works perfect and has been used only a few times.
